  • Support the Implementation and continuous development of a worldwide data governance framework in HR;
  • Support the ongoing operations of Data Quality, by working on the continuous development of Data Quality KPIs, as well as ensuring a end-to-end solution
  • Provide continuous support and consulting in HR Data Quality and Governance topics.
  • Interface with relevant Stakeholders, Data Maintenance Organization and Process Owners to improve both Data Governance and Data Quality at our HR Organization's Data.
  • Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities in current and future processes and methodologies.
  • Participate in all aspects of planning, definitions and taking ownership in some key topics.
