Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies
  • Provide guidance and interpretation for business operations
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, updating policies and procedures when necessary
  • Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers employee-relations matters
  • Be vigilant in discussing and addressing any problems or grievances employees may have
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
  • Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
  • Ensure efficient HR administration and record-keeping
  • Assist with any HR projects and tasks as assigned
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Maintain a deep understanding of UAE Law and Employment equity regulations
