Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Provide daily hands-on expertise to the business in HR operations functions.
  • In collaboration with the HR Manager, handles TMR issues within respective departments including initiating internal investigations and providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Consult with managers regarding corrective action, performance improvement and facilitation of resolutions.
  • Provide guidance to managers on documenting and communicating with their team members.
  • Meet regularly with leadership in respective departments to build relationships and foster good company culture.
  • Enter Leaves of Absence in HR Management system in coordination with Third Party Administrator and Payroll. Produce regular status reports for leadership regarding LOAs and coordinate return to work.
  • Performs routine operational tasks including entering changes into Workday regarding promotions, compensation adjustments and management changes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Payroll teams.
  • Consistently look for and suggest ways to improve processes, procedures, interactions, and develop and update departmental policies, procedures and standards.
  • Prepare and draft necessary reports, databases, memos, letters and departmental calendars.
  • Arrange timeline to complete tasks and department assignments or projects, and meet the deadlines related to those assignments.
  • Responsible for providing support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the performance management process, including systems testing, documentation creation, designing and providing measurement standards, and analyzing performance results.
  • Stays current on all legal and regulatory changes and implements appropriate change management tactics to facilitate best practices.
  • Perform job duties in a safe manner.
  • Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
