  • Developing and managing report creation and complex reports and dashboards using Oracle HCM
  • Gathering requirements and work with HR teams and the business on solutions/options for reports and dashboards reducing the volume of ad hoc requests
  • Ensuring that data and information is handled in accordance with Mace data security policies and procedures
  • Maintaining data dictionary for all people data reporting.
