Responsibilities

  • Manage new employee onboarding and incorporation processes.
  • Handle work and fellows contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Administer payroll operations accurately and on time.
  • Oversee offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for departing staff.
  • Serve as the primary HR advisor and point of contact for Group Leaders and their departments.
  • Coordinate HR processes for students, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
  • Support to HR & Labour Relations Coordinator: Provide general support, including document management and addressing staff inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to manage and maintain cooperative relations with the works council.
  • Prepare and create detailed legal labor reports as required.
  • HR data management (data intro in the ERP and different reporting systems).
  • Support to the department in the internal HR projects.
