  • Lead and manage the HR operations teams in the United States and work with team in India, ensuring efficient operations to help the business scale
  • Collaborate regularly with the client, working with IT and cross functional teams to resolve issues
  • Own entire People Services processes, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Implement process improvements and conduct root cause analysis to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Serve as a main POC for operations teams, while you develop and maintain crisis management strategies to swiftly address and resolve operational challenges escalated by the internal and external customers
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment through effective management and mentorship
  • Utilize a strong understanding of systems to streamline processes; HR systems experience is preferred
  • Analyze performance metrics and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
