Responsibilities

  • Scope, plan, and oversee project tasks, timelines, deliverables, and the internal and external people engaged in multiple projects
  • Works in deep partnership and daily collaboration with the OD program or project lead ensuring an agreed upon, timely, flawless delivery
  • Coordination of a variety of tasks which make enterprise-wide employee development programs run flawlessly, such as building and managing rosters, scheduling meetings, tracking learner participation, interacting with external vendors, and assisting with live, on-line learning sessions
  • Ensures success measures are in place, tracked, and reported
  • Guides cross functional team members and external partners through the project from start to finish and collaboratively troubleshoots concerns, resolving issues which put the project at risk
  • Provides consistent and clear communication among all people engaged in the project, and raises risks before they become urgencies
