Responsibilities

  • Translate the business/functional and corporate strategies into the local HR agenda, enabled by data and analytics.
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, using data to develop talent, total rewards, engagement, performance, culture and capability building to local business outcomes.
  • Deliver short- and long-term sustainable business/function performance through strategic capability building.
  • Ensure execution of HR strategy, challenging to balance local business and program needs, while understanding and advocating the Company approach.
