Responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding the overall compensation and performance landscape, including relevant applications, data, process and integrations within vertical; ensuring overall user experience is considered with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provides input into the creation of functional/technical specifications (considering data impacts) and system configurations.
  • Partners with Application Owner to identify and assess new release features. Supports overall release management process, implementation and testing.
  • Notifies the Knowledge and Content Manager to support with updates to content/notifies the business of a resolution.
  • Work with country and business resources to understand new requirements and potential changes. Supports with testing process; confirming requirements have been designed correctly.
  • Understand new and changing business and legal requirements, globally and locally. Ensure adequate involvement of global and local contributors/stakeholders by conducting workshops and engagement activities.
  • Fulfil all requirements on security, documents, integrations, documentation, etc. Ensure configuration documentation is maintained and comply with audit requirements: ICoFR, GDPR and other regulations for access to and use of personal data within ABB.
  • Consider dependencies with other process verticals, cross-functional resources, governance specialists and technical specialists to ensure the outside-in perspective.
  • Defines the feasibility of a solution, its implementation, and interaction with the existing systems and improves cost-effectiveness of the project/product.
  • Understands the related business processes in detail and applies knowledge to shape IS solution/services and align their building and delivery activities.
  • Builds effective two-way communication with the customers, to understand and manage their expectations/requirements and gather feedback to continually improve systems and ensure customer satisfaction.
