Responsibilities

  • Research and resolve any system problems or unexpected flaws.
  • Define requirements and design solutions to meet business objectives and optimize HR service delivery by coordinating with HR partners or other partners in the broader organization on simple to moderately complex projects.
  • Process advanced configuration and business process changes with oversight from senior role or supervisor. Includes alerts, notifications, and automated workflows.
  • Recommend plans for continued process improvements and system enhancements to support business strategies and operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain a variety of report queries to support customer requests, regulatory reporting requirements, and monitor data integrity. Ensure data accuracy by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams with developing test cases and validating the test results for configuration changes and system upgrades.
  • Monitor and build simple to moderately complex integration files to company systems and external vendors.
  • Work with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors and other integration tools to create and troubleshoot connections with internal and external systems.
  • Maintain user procedures and documentation.
  • Stay current on new Workday releases, features and best practices.
