Responsibilities

  • Conseiller les managers sur des questions quotidiennes RH et les coacher dans leur posture managériale
  • Apporter une expertise RH dans la gestion de dossiers individuel/collectif complexes et sensibles, et dans la recherche de solutions
  • Piloter la performance en collaboration avec le business et mettre en place un plan d'action afin d'améliorer la productivité
  • Coordonner l'intégration des acquisitions de nouveaux auditifs et des collaborateurs
  • Définir le " workforce planning " en collaboration avec la Direction commerciale et le management local et le mettre en oeuvre
  • Fixer la stratégie de développement des compétences sur le terrain, conduire le processus de gestion des carrières et de fidélisation des collaborateurs (identification des potentiels, people review, plan de succession, mobilité interne...)
  • Collaborer avec les Centres d'Expertise RH locaux et internationaux sur des projets transverses
  • Impulser la transformation culturelle et managériale de l'entreprise, dans le respect des valeurs du Groupe
