Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will manage administrative documentation to guarantee tender participation to public and private companies, customer qualification activities, employees access to customer sites, being the regulatory and fiscal reference for local organization.
  • You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Managing of employees’ access to customer sites, related Customer Web Portal management, with basic knowledge on local regulatory and fiscal matters, and in particular legal skills on D.Lgs 81/2008, art. 26, titolo IV and “Codice degli Appalti”
  • Documentation management for tender participation to public and private companies, with basic legal skills on D.Lgs 36/2023, D.Lgs 159/2011, ex DPR 445, DGUE, Passoe and related Customer Web Portal management
  • Management of customer qualification activities
  • Reporting any issues to management for resolution
  • Supporting colleagues with advice and guidance on documentation control issues.
