Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma.
  • Administrative experience required, Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and computer skills.
  • Understanding of all the services of the Human Resource area, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including candidate contact, conducting placement assessments, post-offer logistics and orientation requirements for new hires.
  • Maintain employee database information and related filing appropriately for all new hires, status changes, performance, disciplinary and other personnel information as required.
  • Support New Hire Orientations
  • Administer employee services for employee identification and security access, nameplates, uniform options, including maintaining proper inventory of supplies and coordination with vendors.
  • Administer company programs for employee life events, service and performance recognition
  • Assist with company event planning and execution.
  • Assist EH&S Director with material handling certification training and testing.
  • Provide support for other HR activities as assigned.
