Responsibilities

  • Together with your People team partners, you will be a point of contact for employees regarding all HR Operations matters
  • You will be responsible for the administration, continuous maintenance and improvement of all HR systems ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • You will support the implementation of smooth and scalable processes—from onboarding to offboarding for our employees and executives
  • You will partner with our Compensation and Benefits leader to review our Company benefit offerings and supporting with implementing new benefit partners where appropriate
  • You will be an escalation point within the HR Operations for more complex cases
  • You will be responsible for developing guidelines, policies, workflows, and processes and maintenance of our contract templates
  • You will identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency within our HR processes and tools
  • You will lead projects to continually improve our employee experience and how we support the business as well as drive greater Employee self-service options
  • You work closely with internal teams (Payroll, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, etc.) and external partners (Employers of Record, relocation agencies, etc.)
  • You will provide support on our Annual People Programs (eg performance reviews, compensation reviews)
  • You will be responsible for employee relations topics such as probation management, absence management, management of employee relations cases
