Responsibilities

  • Colleague Experience/Culture: Partner with HRM/Global HRBPs on strategies for local workplace culture development for the Seattle team including onboarding, engagement, retention and recommending best practices for global application.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring global HR projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective communication and collaboration with global HR teams. Contribute to local initiatives, such as new employee onboarding and manager training sessions.
  • HR Process Support: Work closely with HRBPs to plan timelines and process steps and support the maintenance and communication process templates and data for global HR processes such as compensation planning, staffing approvals, organizational change, etc.
  • Metrics Monitoring and Data Analysis: Conduct data collection, monitoring, and analysis aligned with STO’s people and culture initiatives. Provide data-based insights and recommendations that support HR initiatives. Regularly audit and ensure accurate employee data, (e.g., turnover, DEI, talent metrics, Workday data)
  • Immigration Process Support: Track immigration status and process and liaise with external partners and internal colleagues to facilitate the timely completion of process steps.
