What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field and three years of demonstrated experience in human resources/recruiting functions are required. Preferred experience includes the engineering, construction industry, or municipal experience.
Are there any professional certifications required for this role?
Certifications such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP are preferred. If not available upon employment, they are required within two years of employment.
