Responsibilities

  • The Human Resources Generalist role will serve as the first level HR contact for the Kansas City, KS plant and provides full cycle, comprehensive HR support for the administration and implementation of a wide range of HR programs at a multi-shift 24/7 manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to employee relations, benefits, recruiting, salaried payroll, HRIS and training.
  • Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Generalist will assist with HR programs and will play an important role with helping the site to achieve business goals and objectives, administer a wide range of human resource programs to achieve HR goals and align with the strategies for plant, The HR generalist role is critical in cultivating a culture of engagement, stakeholder focus and drives continuous improvement in the HR function.
