  • Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration and optimization of HR systems, including the implementation of new technologies to enhance HR operations.
  • Your role will also encompass the development and management of compensation plans, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
  • You will work closely with the finance department to ensure the alignment of payroll and compensation with the company’s budget and financial goals.
  • Furthermore, you will oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees, while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
