Responsibilities

  • Manage the new hire onboarding process for the Reservations department
  • Manage and maintain I-9 records for all employees, including entry into the E-Verify system
  • Set up, maintain and audit employee physical files
  • Assist with ongoing training
  • Provide administrative assistance to HR employees
  • Manage Leave of Absence claims for all employees with an emphasis on FMLA and ADA
  • Accurately enter data into Workday, Dayforce, and other reporting systems
  • Answer questions regarding leaves of absence and accommodations
  • Prepare materials and host LOA training sessions
  • Handle inquiries from employees regarding benefits, policies, etc.
  • Assist with groupwide reporting
