Responsibilities

  • To assist Relationship Managers in handling the clients and their requirements
  • To assist Relationship Managers in addressing the customer queries on Bank's product and seek solution to their requests
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by Relationship Manager & GRM
  • Ensuring that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank
  • Perform, also working in a team, administrative activities related to customer management
  • Pro-actively liaise with the customer in the management and resolution of problems and requests
  • Ensure the quality of the work carried out, as well as compliance with the deadlines, intervening operationally in urgent transactions
  • Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes
  • Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions
  • Handle preliminary activities and draft documents, proposals and marketing material
