Responsibilities

  • Mit deinem betriebswirtschaftlichen Denken und Handeln betreust du das zugewiesene Portfolio selbstständig und wirst dabei vom Lease Accounting und der Lease Administration unterstützt.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für die Liegenschaftseigentümerschaft, die Mieterschaft und die Vermieterschaft (Anmiete) und unterstützt sie in ihren Anliegen.
  • Du bist als Interessensvertreterin in Kontakt mit Ämtern, Facility Managern und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen der Immobilien.
  • Du verhandelst Mietverträge und führst Mietvertrags- und Mietzinsanpassungen durch.
  • Du stellst eine marktkonforme Vermietung sicher und bist für die Vermietung und das Leerstandsmanagement verantwortlich.
  • Bei Mieterwechseln kümmerst du dich um die Abnahme und Übergabe der Flächen und unterstützt die Bauabteilung bei Rückbauten von Mieterausbauten (Anmiete).
  • Du rapportierst regelmässig den aktuellen Bearbeitungsstand verschiedener Pendenzen mittels Reports, welche unser Key Account Management vorbereitet und verantwortet.
