  • Review agreed contracts to produce guidance notes for use by our risk management and engagement teams.
  • Review global agreements and associated guidance notes to produce UK-specific documentation for use by global account teams.
  • Respond to general legal queries from the business.
  • Provide ad hoc support to our more senior lawyers on particular projects or deals.
  • Perform other similar tasks.
