Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Vetting Creators
  • Identify and vet creators for brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, performance metrics, demographics, and personality.
  • Present well-reasoned creator selections to clients, highlighting how each choice aligns with campaign goals.
  • Maintain an active network of creators and networks to always be on top of the latest and greatest.
  • Creator Briefs
  • Create detailed briefing documents for creators, covering essential brand insights and content inspiration.
  • Lead or co-lead briefing sessions with creators, conducted over video calls or in person.
  • Meet with creators and networks in person as part of your relationship management duties, including joining events.
  • Creator Communications & Campaign Management
  • Manage end-to-end communication with creators and talent agencies throughout partnerships, ensuring they have all necessary information, meeting deadlines, and fostering relationships.
  • You’re responsible for overseeing campaign budgets, ensuring quality of content and delivery of the set KPIs, including consultancy for our clients.
  • Content Management & Scheduling
  • Collaborate with brand teams to provide feedback on creator content, handle any required edits, and ensure the publication of content on all channels for maximum impact.
  • Campaign Reporting
  • Track and analyse creator performance, maintaining data accuracy in analytics trackers, using in-house and client tools.
  • Take the lead on delivering insights and key learnings in client campaign reports.
  • Relationship Building & Networking
  • Expand our network of creators and agency contacts through relationship-building on current projects, networking, attending industry events, and staying updated on emerging influencers.
