  • Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • You will be investigating potential data breaches through Data Loss Prevention technologies; using threat hunting techniques; and working closely with IT, HR and other internal stakeholders.
  • You will be coordinating alerts from our Threat Intelligence providers and taking appropriate actions internally.
  • You will be organising Information Security Education and Awareness campaigns including Phishing simulations and producing regular and ad-hoc reporting on Group metrics.
  • As well as the key responsibilities highlighted above the role will also include:
  • Performing analysis on controls within our internal environment as well as analysing risks of our third parties.
  • Ensuring Information Security requirements are addressed when the organisation engages new service providers or tools.
  • Promoting Information Security awareness within the firm.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in the overall Information Security due diligence processes.
  • Assisting with Education and Awareness campaigns including mandatory or ad hoc training programmes throughout the year.
  • Working with IT to optimise security controls and improve the firm’s external cyber posture to reflect the continually changing threat environment.
  • Preparing Management Information and Key Risk Indicators relating to the Risk & Control programme
