Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre bzw. vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Fachliche Kenntnisse im Bereich Information Security, Identity & Access Management, und von bankinternen Geschäftsprozessen
  • Vertrautheit mit regulatorischen Anforderungen an die IT, insbesondere MaRisk, BAIT sowie mit Information Security „Best Practise Modellen“ (i.e. ISO 2700x)
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, ein lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil verbunden mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Previous experience in the area of Identity & Access Management of a financial service company
  • Familiar with regulatory IT requirements of a bank, especially driven by the MaRisk
  • Solution-focused work approach combined with a well-marked level of communication
  • Strong analytical skills and capabilities
  • Excellent command of English and German

Responsibilities

  • Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Team, das für alle SoD relevanten, kritischen IT Anwendungen die Implementierung von SoD Regeln koordiniert
  • Analyse der Stärken, Schwächen und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden SoD Ansatzes und der erforderlichen Maintenance Prozesse
  • Weiterentwicklung der Metrik zur Messung von Effizienz und Effektivität der SoD Prozesse
  • Effektive Kommunikation mit den internationalen Stakeholdern in den einzelnen Business Units (Geschäftsbereichen), der Chief BISO/BISO Organisation sowie Unterstützung interner und externer Audit Prüfungen zum Thema Segregation of Duties
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der IT Architektur der zentralen Identity & Access Management Lösungen (Central Solutions)
  • Close collaboration within an international project team responsible for implementing SoD rules for all SoD relevant and critical applications
  • Preparation of Senior Management presentations
  • Analysis of strengths and weaknesses with continuous improvement of the SoD implementation approach and SoD maintenance processes in place
  • Effective communication with key stakeholders in Business, IT and Chief BISO community
  • Evolve the means to analyze and quantify efficiency and effectiveness of SoD processes
  • Support of internal and external audit investigations regarding Segregation of Duties
  • Active cooperation to enhance the IT architecture of central solutions within Identity & Access
