Responsibilities

Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present appropriate IT solutions. Sales Process Management: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Maintain a deep understanding of our IT consultancy services and solutions. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
