Responsibilities

  • Understand client problem statements, define learning objectives, and recommend training strategies to achieve learning outcomes.
  • Conduct different types of needs assessment (audience/role analysis, task analysis, gap analysis, and content analysis) identify gaps in performance, and determine training needs.
  • Plan and create appropriate content outlines, course content, interactive exercises, assessments, and job aids to achieve learning outcomes.
  • Implement ID frameworks like the ADDIE process and execute ID pedagogy, ID principles, and ID tools.
  • Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT), online training (WBT and VILT), blended training, or micro-learning as determined from the needs assessment and content analysis. Independently develop L1 and L2 training courses.
  • Act as a key member of the team, along with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and others, in determining the needs of the course, the overall instructional flow of a program, and the appropriate delivery method. Interact with other project teams to ensure consistency of deliverables.
  • Provide status reports and participate actively in client meetings.
  • Achieve customer delight through experience, soft skills, and solution definition.
