Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Group’s insurance programs, including supporting the executive team with policy renewals, tenders, and new policy implementations
  • Work with Brokers and the business to gather & review renewal information for corporate insurance arrangements
  • Maintain accurate management information for insurance policy management purposes
  • Manage the insurance claims process, including the review and collation of necessary case documents
  • Manage data and reporting, providing a single view of potential and current claims, and tracking claims liability
  • Respond and coordinate with third parties, such as brokers and insurers, to improve risk management
  • Resolve insurance queries from internal departments and third parties and handling any insurance matters relating to the business as required
  • Create practices and procedures that ensure risks are managed effectively from an insurance viewpoint
  • Keep procedures up-to-date and ensure appropriate people are aware and able to follow the procedures as appropriate
  • Assist the finance department with billing queries relating to the Group’s insurance programs
