Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing initiatives, primarily for Deposits which include:
  • Advertising and Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Newsletters, surveys, case studies and press releases
  • UTB website and social media
  • Company brochures, printed stationery and corporate gifts
  • Supporting internal and external attendance at industry shows and awards events
  • Maintenance of Broker and customer databases
  • Work with the Events Manager to deliver Deposits event management
  • Responsible for maintaining the Marketing Manual and related processes
  • Create presentations as required to support the Marketing Director in developing and updating the marketing strategy
  • Accountable for marketing budget and data analysis to support key decisions
  • Represent the Marketing Director by preparing presentations and, as required, presenting to senior leaders
  • Involvement in strategy sprints with departments, supporting the Marketing Director as required
  • Accountable for collating and analysing marketing MI, providing on- time analysis and reports to the Marketing Director
  • Cover and support key projects and activities to ensure successful team delivery in all circumstances
  • Manage Marketing reporting, budget spreadsheets and provide regular information to the Marketing Director
  • Maintaining action log with agency and chase outstanding items from UTB or agency
  • Provide social media support as required
  • Understand and adhere to UTB’s Compliance and sign-off procedures
