Responsibilities

  • Works with the senior interior designers to envision the concept story, project narrative and graphics for concept presentations.
  • Work with senior interior designers to further develop design concepts and materials for presentation and implantation.
  • Assist team in space planning and furniture layouts.
  • Create FF&E budgets and matrices
  • Prepare/assemble FF&E packages to include specifications, bid packages, and sample requests. Work with select purchasing agents to review pricing.
  • Prepare schedules relative to the interior design including finishes, decorative lighting, bath accessories, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Prepare, coordinate and complete contract document packages.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Assist with construction administration including responding to RFI’s, preparing sketches, and visiting the project site and preparing field notes.
  • Reviews and approves shop drawings and samples (both FF&E related, and contractor related) with final approval by Senior Interior Designer and/or Project Manager
  • Responsible for meeting project deadlines and budget constraints.
