Responsibilities

  • The International Business Development manager will work directly with select distribution partners, helping to craft and execute joint business plans with the goal of growing our export sales in emerging markets across Eastern Europe, LATAM and Asia.
  • This role sits in the HQ Beer business reporting to the Head of International Sales and works in close conjunction with the wider commercial, production and brand marketing teams, to assist in achieving the International Sales strategy.
  • The role will also work closely with the distributor teams across both their commercial, sales and marketing functions to grow physical distribution and brand visibility through effective and engaging marketing plans.
  • Principal duties and responsibilities of the role include, managing and executing the sales strategy across our emerging markets to exceed agreed KPIs and providing marketing support to the wider International Sales team.
  • Reviewing, analysing and assisting in the execution of the commercial strategy in market, ensuring we are aggressively growing sales in a sustainable way with the goal of leading the craft category in both the on-premise and retail spaces.
  • Shaping and delivery of the regional brand plans by working collaboratively with our brand marketing team and our local distribution partners.
  • Providing marketing support to the team by working closely with our in-team marketing lead and the HQ brand teams to assist in bringing to life our brand message locally in a way that is consistent with the wider business.
  • Forecasting and forward order management by region to ensure demand is captured accurately with our planning team and monthly sales targets are achieved.
  • Reviewing and reporting distributor sales and depletions data to highlight performance in market and wider category trends.
  • Analysis of distributor stockholding and management to help ensure the freshest product is available to our customers.
