Responsibilities

  • As part of the international Sales team you will develop and nurture the business with customers from the international hard discount area. This role includes the annual negotiation with the client with regards to certain categories.
  • You are responsible to build customer know-how within the international Nestlé organization.
  • A further task is to produce strategic customer plans which you will align with relevant markets to force profitable growth for the relevant categories.
  • You will lead international negotiations on conditions in close alignment with markets and categories. Continuously, you will analyze KPIs and derive measurements to reach the goals.
  • You share best practice examples with the international Key Account team and work closely together with other functions (e.g. marketing, category development or supply chain).
