Responsibilities

  • Dive into a fast-paced environment where your day-to-day includes managing a full inbox, responding to continuous phone calls, and enhancing our processes—all while sharing laughs with your teammates.
  • As a key point of contact for our installers, you’ll handle inquiries about orders from our webshop, providing answers and solutions via phone and email.
  • Questions like "Can I change the delivery address for my order?", "When will item X be back in stock?", or "There's an issue with my delivery, what should I do?" are all in your wheelhouse.
  • With your knack for problem-solving, you'll keep our customers informed and satisfied.
  • Additionally, you’ll take care of all the necessary administrative tasks and log interactions diligently, ensuring every customer feels valued and well-served.
