Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for working with:
  • Managing Directors, Directors and Vice Presidents to originate and develop new ECM client relationships which will result in equity capital markets transactions
  • The broader ECM team, sales, trading and others to execute ECM transaction for clients
  • Preparation of ECM knowledge specific client presentation with fine attention to content and detail as you will have an opportunity to participate at the highest level of capital markets transactions with premier global clients
  • Detailed execution responsibilities for public and private equity capital markets transactions both domestically and abroad including client facing and management
  • Supporting origination and execution of transactions including preparation of marketing materials and coordinating the work with Equity Syndicate Equity Linked, Industry and Investment banking teams
  • Develop relationships with colleagues abroad and among the Italian coverage and business lines teams
  • Manage juniors to keep detailed records of client interactions and tracking, execution timelines, and required client follow up
  • Keep abreast of market developments and providing relevant market updates to the team, including following global equity capital markets, new issues, investor sentiment and equity fund flows
