Requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment management, corporate development, or a related field, with a strong track record in fundraising, investor relations, and equity management.
  • You have native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, also Dutch is a huge plus;
  • Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and technology sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Key responsibilities as Investment Manager
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure equity and debt financing, working closely with the CEO’s and VP Finance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring clear and consistent communication about the company’s financial health and strategic direction.
  • Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuations to support fundraising activities and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the due diligence process, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors to provide accurate and comprehensive information to potential investors.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Oversee all equity management activities, including stock option grants, cap table management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to fundraising and investment activities.
