  • TLA & Contract Management: Manage and draft Trademark License Agreements (TLAs) and support IP counsel in improving efficiency related to portfolio management, overviews, and contracts.
  • Operational Efficiency: Enhance processes to streamline administrative and strategic IP functions for IP counsel.
