Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs and gather detailed technical, data, and functional requirements to inform solution design and specification.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys and collaborate closely with Business Owners, suppliers and their teams to elicit and capture detailed requirements.
  • Validate requirements using common approaches and methods to ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Analyse, develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states, iterating and presenting these across stakeholder groups.
  • Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Contribute to Business Case development and delivery management.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical and delivery teams.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate findings, recommendations, and provide regular scheduled updates on project progress to stakeholders and executives.
  • Propose and define technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Work with internal and supplier technical teams to define solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and align with the organization’s technology and delivery strategies.
  • Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
  • Develop test plans and test cases to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate and participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
  • Identify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Adhere to and advocate formal in-house programme and project management governance approaches, artefacts and processes.
  • Provide ongoing support for projects, including issue resolution and change management.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of new systems and applications.
