Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and motivate the IT Operations Team.
  • Support the COO and Board with your technology knowledge and guidance
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Deliver monthly IT operations reports across the firm and up to Board level.
  • Act as a lead on IT procurement and vendor management processes.
  • Strong financial IT governance and budgeting.
  • Be responsible for IT governance and work with Legal and data owners on data governance
  • Oversee IT security, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Maintain and develop IT policies and procedures, including provision of training, guidance, and support to end users.
  • Collaborating and knowledge sharing with other firms within the PKF network.
  • Develop proactive relationships and communicate with different department leaders and partners to understand their business challenges and work with your IT team to drive improvements.
