Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity or a related discipline is required
  • 2+ years of overall experience with at least 2 years in IAM and CyberArk specifically
  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on expertise with integrating privileged accounts into CyberArk across various platforms and applications (SaaS and non-SaaS)
  • Proficiency in programming / scripting languages such as PowerShell, Java, RESTful APIs and SQL for either integrations, troubleshooting or support related activities
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to solve problems, drive implementations to completion, participate in diverse technical project teams and interface effectively with partners, stakeholders and peers
  • Experience with supporting IAM capabilities for privilege and non-privileged identity lifecycle
  • Experience with PAM Operational tasks such as creating and managing safes, user provisioning and entitlements, defining access controls, handling application credentials and user access policy management.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with the administration, configuration and troubleshooting Privilege Cloud Windows and Linux connector hosts
  • Understanding and familiarity with Windows or Active Directory user administration
  • Familiarity with identity standards and protocols such as SAML, OAuth and SCIM
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services sector (e.g., SOX)
  • Experience with following good service delivery and support practices such as SDLC, Change Management, Problem Management and Incident Management
  • Strong verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation
  • Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Proven experience ensuring IAM systems align with and adhere to industry regulations
  • Certified in CyberArk PAM Defender, CyberArk PAM Sentry, CyberArk PAM or Privilege Cloud Certified Delivery Engineer (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with IAM and cross-functional teams to administer, support and enhance the existing Privilege Access Management (PAM) program within CyberArk
  • Administer and maintain the Privilege Cloud platform including user access, safe and platform configurations and Master Policy
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and requirements follow IAM industry standard processes
  • Collaborate and partner with the Identity Governance & Administration (IG&A) Team to shadow and provide additional support for the maintenance and implementation of IG&A services using SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)
  • Collaborate with IAM and stakeholders to define and implement the PAM strategy and CyberArk roadmap
  • Develop documentation and deliver training to end-users on CyberArk
  • Gather requirements, configure and handle privileged access controls for high-risk, critical applications within the Firm
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Privilege Cloud related issues including user access issues, account lockouts, password reset failures and session management issues
  • Set up and maintain policies, workflows and access controls within CyberArk to align with the access control policy and security requirements
  • Develop and implement the organization’s IAM strategy to ensure appropriate access controls, security policies and compliance are following the principle of least privilege
  • Stay current with the latest trends, cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities related to privileged access management
