Responsibilities

  • The Senior IT Specialist is responsible for the design, deployment, and support of a multi-location Microsoft Systems environment.
  • This role will also include some networking and peripheral support.
  • You will maintain performance, availability and integrity of the system working with tech and non-tech users.
  • You must have well rounded understanding of IT, as well as the ability to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
  • This is a long term contract position located onsite in South Elgin.
  • There are 3 locations within 1 / 2 mile from each other and will require you provide in-person attention as needed to these locations.
  • Create documentation for knowledge base
