What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required, along with preferably 5+ years of experience in a help desk or IT Support role. Experience with Exchange Server Tools, Office 365, and other cloud-based applications is a plus.

You will be supporting over 400 end users across 6 countries.
