Responsibilities

  • Manage IXL deployment team with more than 25 resources and 2 different solutions: EBILock and Smartlock.
  • Workload management.
  • IXL team competency management to increase production capacity.
  • Project deadlines commitment.
  • Alignment with Alstom strategy regarding transfer to BCC.
  • Understand system requirements, as set by customer, and carry out gap analysis towards ALSTOM standard platform.
  • Collaborate with other engineering team members and other disciplines of the project.
  • Coordinate IXL engineering activities to match customer’s requirements, considering Quality/Cost/Delivery (QCD) objectives of the project.
  • Always must have in mind if the compliance with the customer’s requirements are aligned with ALSTOM standard platform policy.
  • Customer interface for technical topics.
  • Ensure the correct feedback on future projects, using the return of experience coming back from V & V processes.
