  • Check, post and pay incoming vendor invoices (national and international)
  • Issue outgoing invoices (national and international)
  • Keep vendor data updated in the general ledger
  • Quarterly vendor control account reconciliation
  • Correct documentation and storage of all payment supporting documents
  • Weekly expense administration: check correct posting in the general ledger and arrange for payments
  • Monthly uploading the payroll run into the general ledger and arranging for payment
  • Monthly monitoring and reconciliation of MR Madrid bank account balance
  • Quarterly interbranch account reconciliation
  • Local point of contact for travel expenses (Concur)
  • Provide support with MR Bogotá postings
  • Provide support to the Madrid and Bogotá team with quarterly close-off.
  • Support our tax expert with correct reporting and payment of Spanish taxes
  • Ensure both the Accounting and Concur manuals and guidelines are updated
  • Being prepared to participate in projects and working groups globally
