Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day support of transaction and marketing efforts and conducting company and industry analysis on new transaction opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills with an ability to build financial models with ease.
  • Research, analyse, sensitise and adapt both internal and client-facing financial and statistical analysis/ models.

  • Assist MDs and senior bankers on an ad hoc basis as needed with various reports and analyses.
  • Handle execution and process matters flawlessly, assisting in due diligence efforts as appropriate.
  • Understand client objectives and recommend potential solutions.
  • Show an ability to identify ideas for the creation of new business.
  • Use your own knowledge and judgement to add information to presentations where appropriate.
  • Identify issues arising and offer potential solutions. Create productive relationships with clients and advisors.
