Responsibilities

  • Du bist vom ersten Tag an umfassend in anspruchsvolle Mandatsarbeit eingebunden.   • Beratung und Vertretung unserer nationalen und internationalen Mandanten in allen Bereichen des Wirtschaftsrechts
  • Unterstützung unserer Mandanten bei bankrechtlichen, immobilienrechtlichen sowie Private Equity bezogenen Streitigkeiten
  • Abwehr von Haftungsansprüchen / Organhaftungsansprüchen
  • Beratung und Führung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit M&A-Transaktionen
  • Begutachtung von komplexen nationalen und internationalen haftungsträchtigen Sachverhalten
  • Enge internationale Zusammenarbeit mit anderen White & Case Büros
  • Einbindung in die internationale Mandatsarbeit bzw. interne und externe Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld
  • Vorgerichtliche Beratung unserer nationalen und internationalen Mandanten zur Konfliktvermeidung und zur Konfliktlösung
