Responsibilities

  • Monitor client and industry news; alert internal teams and clients in real-time to key issues and developments.
  • Analyse media coverage and analyst reports for industry trends and for pitching/engagement opportunities with key journalists and influencers.
  • Conduct peer and market research/benchmarking (qualitative and quantitative) and provide a comprehensive analysis of the key findings.
  • Prepare media lists and reporter backgrounders as well as media briefings for conferences, media roundtables, etc.
  • Keep colleagues informed of project status via meeting notes, action items and project timelines.
  • Support preparations and logistics for external meetings with media, politicians, investors, etc., and client milestones like earnings and announcements as well as for conferences and other key events.
  • Cultivate network inside and outside of the firm.
