  • Ensuring best practices and processes are followed on our CRM-systems
  • Contribute to developing and owning team targets and performance metrics
  • Executing regular 1:1s, development conversations and performance reviews
  • Identify specific needs and pain points to eliminate the risk of low partner and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute and drive continuous improvement to achieve and maintain operational excellence for Customer Success in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Champion, role model and embed Treatwell’s cultural principles (Speed, Ambition, Collaboration and Impact)
