Responsibilities

  • The Junior Graphic Designer will support, develop, and deliver designs and artwork across all channel and asset type outputs. Responsibilities include:
  • Takes a multi-channel approach to graphic design work, from brief through to final output.
  • Supporting in the design, development and creation of multi-channel templates and toolkits for print, digital and social media.
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, and developing interactive designs.
  • Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to the Senior Graphic Designer, VD and wider creative and Marketing teams.
  • Handling creative design work on project briefs and supporting the management of the artwork process alongside the senior graphic designer.
  • Supporting campaign development and execution as directed by the Visual Director.
  • Assisting in pre-production (development of pre-production documents) and post-production (management of final imagery delivery, layout development, cropping, and setting up advertising guidelines for digital and outdoor formats).
  • Working with a range of media and staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, with a social and digital first lens.
  • Conducting image and trend research, where required.
  • Using innovation to redefine design briefs within time and cost constraints.
  • Assisting the creative team with day-to-day ad hoc requests.
  • Supporting research and art direction as directed by the team.
