  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Address employee queries and manage grievances in a timely manner.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and development of D&I projects.
  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, answering queries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support in managing employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Support the performance review process and coordinating review meetings.
  • Oversees day to day administration and routine maintenance of data base.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records of attendance, leaves, and overtime.
  • Ensures all new hire paperwork is completed.
