Responsibilities

  • Procure, inventory, and manage company devices.
  • Maintain, audit, and improve our stock rooms.
  • Contribute to ongoing system and process documentation.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of our devices by managing repairs, warranties, and replacements.
  • Maintain accurate records in our asset management database, including device locations.
  • Work from our offices located in Berlin. This is not a hybrid role.
  • Manage the entire device lifecycle, including setup, deployment, and secure storage of devices.
  • Own our stock rooms, ensuring the constant availability of devices for replacements and new hires.
  • Ensure our devices are working properly by managing warranties, repairs, and replacements.
  • Contribute to improving and automating processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and team efficiency by documenting all changes and new procedures.
  • Occasionally travel to other HelloFresh locations in Germany to assist with IT matters.
  • Collaborate with core teams, such as Finance, Procurement, and other IT teams worldwide.
  • Assist our employees at our Helpdesk with their IT queries.
